(We do not use sensitive profile information such as denomination, gender, or ethnicity for advertising purposes.)

Sharing of Information

A. Other Users
When you use the App, certain information you provide, such as your profile information, messages, and other user-generated content, may be shared with other users you interact with.
Please be mindful that any information you share with other users may be visible to them and can be forwarded or otherwise shared by them outside of the App.
B. Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist us in operating, providing, securing, and improving our Services. These providers may handle functions such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, attribution measurement, customer support, and marketing support.
We may also share limited purchase and usage data with platform providers such as Apple to assist with the processing of refund requests.
They are authorized to process your information only as needed to perform their obligations to us.
C. Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request. We may also share information to enforce our Terms of Use, investigate potential violations, detect and prevent fraud, protect the safety of users, or protect the rights and property of iSunday or others.
D. Business Transfers
In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, we may transfer information as part of the transaction. We will continue to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Managing and Deleting Accounts
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to operate our Services, comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, protect users, or for other legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and improving our Services.
The following applies to account management and deletion:

Deleting your Account:
You can permanently delete your account by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Profile within the App. To confirm deletion, you must type a confirmation phrase as instructed.

Subscription Status:
You must not have an active Premium subscription to delete your account. If you currently have an active subscription, even if you have canceled future renewal, you must wait for the subscription to expire before proceeding with account deletion. Subscription management, including cancellation, must be handled directly through the App Store.

Effect of Account Deletion:
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal profile information and stored media.
However, messages, chat records, reports, and other content you shared with other users may continue to be available to them as part of their own account history.

Important Note:
Deleting the App from your device does not delete your account. You must follow the steps outlined above to permanently delete your account.
Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You should also take care in deciding what information you share within the App. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures by third parties.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze site usage, and assist in our marketing efforts.
You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings.
Our mobile app does not use cookies, but may use device identifiers for similar purposes such as analytics and attribution.
